Neglected Dog Looks Unrecognizable After Getting 35 Pounds of Hair Shaved Off

7-year-old Lazarus was trapped inside a barn stall for years without anyone looking after him. A family member of the dog's owner contacted groomers and a local animal rescue to free the dog from the terrible conditions. Lazarus is not yet up for adoption and is living in a foster home where he adjusts to being a normal dog.
